Water-soluble united steel fiber is made of high tensile resistance strength steel wire through cold-drawing and rows with the water-soluble glue binder. The row steel fiber ensure that it will not clot during the steel fiber adding process and further improve the dispersion during the concrete mixing process. So the steel fiber can be evenly distributed to every corner of the concrete floor to have a better reinforcement effect. Construction is simple, easy to add and stir.

There are two dispersion process of water-soluble united cold-drawn steel fiber in concrete: the first time, directly adding steel fiber to conveyor belt make a whole steel fiber row and evenly spread to every corner of the concrete; the second time, water-soluble glue begins to dissolve. Under the precondition of the firstdispersion,single steel fiber of row steel fiber fast separates, present a three-dimensional fiber netting in the concrete, so as to have a comprehensive reinforcement effect.
