Product brief:
Polyacrylonitrile fiber(PAN fiber)has high tensile strength, UV resistance. As the main reinforcement of cement concrete and asphalt concrete, it can obviously improve the tensile strength, anti fatigue strength and bending strength of concrete. And also can improve the early cracking resistance of concrete. When used in the asphalt, it can significantly improve the asphalt adhesion, high temperature stability, fatigue durability, and has low temperature anti cracking and to prevent reflection crack, effectively improve the tensile, anti alkali, compressive and impact strength. The real action and the use of PAN fiber in concrete has been accepted by the engineering community.

Major function:Enhance the anti cracking ability
1. Good adhesive property, having supporting role for aggregate, to prevent the cracks
(1)Regulating water content, avoiding dry shrinkage cracks caused by excessive water evaporation.
(2)Adjust the temperature of concrete inside and outside because of Hydration Heat Evolved Rate, it reduces the crack depth, effectively prevents the occurrence and development of cracks.
2. To improve the impermeability and frost resistance of cement concrete, increase the durability of fiber, greatly reducing the concrete pore size and the number of connected pores, and the concrete frost resistance and impermeability.
